My Blue Suede Shoes: I am an artisan/designer, working in mixed media, including paint, fibers, metals and found objects. I also design jewelry, and write. My Blue Suede Shoes are symbolic of all the drastic changes I have had to make in the last 25 yrs, and how at 48, I am finally getting a sense of who I am. Blue Suede shoes are symbolic of my person, and so don't step on them! Step on anything, but not my blue suede shoes!
